   Our Patient's Say...
  Hello!
The feedback on my hospitalization is very short:I have no critism, everthing was great. The nurses, doctors, food, bed. Everything was great for me.

Dear Kasiah and Joy, Just wanted to thank the two of you and the lovely staff at the hospital for your help and flexibility during our visit at the hospital, we were blessed with such a good care and thankfully good health too that we feel save again being back here in PNG, although we miss the Philippines, what a wonderful country. We wish you all the best for 2008 and may God bless you all, thank you.

Breast Cancer Patient

I am a single parent, and my daughter is working in Leyte. I started my chemo session with Perpetual Succour Hospital's Cebu Cancer Institute last December 2004. Naturally all cancer patients have a family or a companion with them during each session to attend to their needs but in my case,

I go alone. It is so depressing to see my fellow patients with a family but I have to get on with my session. One thing I noticed and liked about PSH is that they really extend their effort to make each patient comfortable even in their most painful moment, from the department head, doctors, nurses and sisters.I don't have enough fund for my chemo, but Dr. Tudtud didn't charge me of the PF, I underwent each session alone but it seems as if I have my whole family with me attending to my needs, making me comfortable. And when I have to be confined, Sr. Lucilla and Dr. Tudtud knowing that I don't have anybody to keep me company keeps on checking me and I even had a nun to stay with me and talk to me the whole time. With PSH I feel secure, very comfortable and very much taken care of that I am proud to say that even if I hadn't known them for 20 or 30 years, they are the ones who went out of their way to help me.

  Capt. Reynaldo Marabe
Cancer Patient

I was given an option whether to go to Makati Med or PSH but I chose Perpetual Succour Hospital's Cebu Cancer Institute because of its cleanliness. I can't find any dirt or dust in any nook or cranny of the SPC-MSC. The floors are so clean and the wall finishing is so neat that one would think he is in a hotel.

The ambiance is so healing added by the staff's courtesy which could greatly uplift ones feelings, from the security guards to all the doctors and staff. I just feel different everytime I come here. The Peace Be With You greeting really does something. Another thing is that I like the chapel so much. And the Sisters Best 2, I really like it there because you can't smell anything, you would not know you are eating in a hospital cafeteria. Everything about the SPC-MSC is healing, relaxing and clean.

Everybody in Perpetual Succour Hospital is pleasant towards me, from the security guards to the CCI (Cebu Cancer Institute) Supervisor. The organization's tag line "Compassionate and World-Class" really lives up to its clients' expectations of a compassionate and world-class service. Eversince I started my chemo session all I experienced from PSH are pleasant encounters with the staff and the environment is really relaxing and very clean, hence could alleviate a patients' uncomfortable situation.       -Mrs. Aludia A. I would like to convey my sincerest appreciation for the kind gestures exhibited to me by two of your staff, namely, MR. JAN VENTURA and MS. MAY DELA CRUZ, when I had my therapy at the Rehab Center for a number of months recently.
Though suffering from the pains of my afflictions, I was greatly encouraged by their sincerity and dedication to help me convalesce from my condition. It was such a pleasant experience to have known them.
They both were my mentors in the sense that they have taught me how to surmount the difficulties I had, during that time. Their exemplary patience in handling my activity and recuperation was tremendous and needs the best of recognition.
Though not fully recovered, I know I will very soon as I attribute my successful recovery to both of them and of course primarily to GOD ALMIGHTY.
I hope you will cite them worthy of emulation by your hospital staff. This world is better when you have people like them.
