was established on January
24, 1995 with the following objectives:
1.To create that medium which will prepare, formulate,
devise and implement a program of medical assistance
for the poor and the needy and other such persons
similarly situated, particularly and more specifically,
in the treatment and hospitalization of indigents
with cardiac problems.
2.To establish that conduit which will raise funds
(from contributions, donations, or endowments) to
support the afforestated purposes.
3.To create a research body which will be responsible
in setting up a laboratory to expand and enrich the
field of study of Cardiology in the Philippines.
